The flavor mainly comes with the onions and cheese while the broth as the tomato garlic flavors. Everything comes together nicely with a nice punch from the onions. It's my first time eating something like this!
I hear it is also called Ahogado Tacos which means Drowned Tacos because it's drowned in soup. Eat it fast before it gets soggy and loses its crispy texture.
